A Bit About Aaron
Aaron Westley leads editorial research and writing at America Invests, where his work focuses on building a post-work economy rooted in public investment, shared prosperity, and human freedom. With a background in civic technology and public policy, Aaron brings a systems-minded approach to questions of wealth, labor, and how we might design an economy that works for everyone—even when traditional jobs no longer do.

Prior to joining America Invests, Aaron supported public sector innovation initiatives and helped organizations translate values into infrastructure. His writing aims to make bold ideas practical, and practical ideas bold—while always centering real people and real outcomes.
He lives outside Washington, D.C. with his partner and two rescue dogs. When not writing, he’s often hiking, reading speculative fiction, or sketching future systems that might one day feel obvious.
